4. Statistical Information

We collect information that does not identify you personally (i.e. is not identifiable to you individually) through Cookies and through Google Analytics. This information is used to help us improve the website experience for our visitors.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer's hard drive through your web browser when you visit any web site. Cookies enable our web server to identify you to us, and to track your actions and the pages you visit while you use our website. The cookies we use may last for a single visit to our site (they are deleted from your computer when you close your browser), or may remain on your computer until you delete them or until a defined period of time has passed. You can turn Cookies off using your browser settings at any time.

The information Google Analytics collects about your visit to our website includes data such as the date and time you visited, the pages you visited, the type of device and browser you used, and similar information about your visit to our website. This information does not identify you personally and is used for website performance and audience analysis.

5. Re-marketing

We may use re-marketing from time to time. This involves Google, Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn or some other supplier serving to you an advert for our services.

6. Data and Hosting

Our website is hosted in Sydney, Australia. We also use technology platforms that may be hosted outside New Zealand (for example, email communication platforms). As a result, information collected in New Zealand may be stored or processed in other countries. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected by safeguards comparable to those required under New Zealand privacy law.

7. Use of technology in our services

To help deliver efficient, high-quality marketing support, we sometimes use technology tools including automation and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with internal processes like content editing, communications, and workflow management.

These tools support our work, but do not replace human judgment. Any content or communications generated with the help of AI are reviewed by our team to ensure they meet our standards for quality and accuracy.

We do not use client data to train AI tools, and any personal information processed through our systems is handled securely, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you have any question regarding the above Policy, please contact us at support@finergy.co.nz or 027 669 9920.
